Resolution criteria

This question will resolve as 'Yes' if OpenAI is publicly traded on any stock exchange as of May 31, 2024. This will be determined by official announcements from OpenAI, stock exchange listings, and credible financial news reports. If these sources indicate that OpenAI is not publicly listed and is a private entity as of the specified date, the question will resolve as 'No'.
