Based on what are you going to decide it? Russian authorities haven't released a cause of death yet. What do you do if they say he died in a plane crash?

@jskf Oh no, I think it's almost certain he didn't die in a plane crash. I was more musing how cases like this could be decided if the "official explanation" of the Russian government is obviously nonsense.
