Someone told me a conspiracy theory that they have (they are Ukranian, which potentially lends credibility??) This is the theory:

Putin is already dead, and died many years ago. The reasoning is that his mannerism, appearance (outside of factors due to age), even pronunciaton of words has changed drastically since about 10 years ago. Currently, he has many body doubles which are controlled by some secret board or group, creating the illustion that he is still alive.

What is the chance that this is true?

I will resolve the market YES if we find out by 2030 that Putin had died some time before 2020 and was replaced by body double(s) after his death.

I will resolve the market NO if there is no such evidence found by 2030.
