
This question resolves "YES" upon credible media reports of Kakhovka hydroelectric station being destroyed and potentially causing flooding over land to the east of Kherson before 11:59 PM Ukraine time on Dec. 31, 2023.
If damage to the dam does not cause abnormal flooding this will resolve "NO."
