The contract that resolves to Yes shall be that which identifies the first person to take the oath of office as Chief Minister of Maharashtra after the 2024 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly election.
If no one takes the oath of office as Chief Minister of Maharashtra after said election before 00:00 IST, January 1, 2025, this market shall resolve to "No one before 2025".
This market's closing date and time, currently 18:30 UTC, 31 January 2024, may be pushed back if needed to ensure that it can stay open until the results are clear.
