2025-26 NFL Season - Week Six
*** Asterisk Prop Clarifications
At Least 4 Favored Teams Lose
Favorite based on DraftKings closing line
Any Double Digit Underdog Wins
Based on closing DraftKings lines
A Starting QB gets a likely Season Ending Injury
If consensus the next week is that the player will be out for the season
Will lean towards "YES" (i.e. if the vibe is the player is 75/25 I will resolve YES)
Based on my subjective opinion (but feel free to give input)
Fake Punt Attempt
If a team lines up in punt formation and then snaps the ball with the intention to gain the first down instead of punting
Quarterback gets benched in the middle of a game
The quarterback that started the game is removed due to neither an injury, nor due to a blowout
Subjective judgement will be used, but generally these fulfilling these three criteria will be required for 99% of cases
No Injury
If it is the 4th quarter then the game has to be within 16 points (2 possessions)
Its not clear that the QB removed from the game will start the next game
Any Double Digit Underdog Wins
Resolves NO if there are no Double Digit Underdogs
Fat Guy Touchdown
A player that would be considered fat scores a TD
All O-linemen, and DTs scoring would count (regardless of how)
Reserve the right for other positions if they are fat enough (if you want, ask me a player beforehand)
Highest Scoring Game of the Season (so far)
Resolves at 50% for ties, weighted (so if there are two games tied for the top already, and this week adds another, it would resolve at 33%)
A 4th and 11+ is converted
First downs as the result of penalties do not count
This logic applies similar to any other prop like this
"(no plays)" in the box score do not count as a play
Top 5 Super Bowl favorites
If there is a tie for 5th (or like 4-6th), this will resolve at 50%
Will a championship belt change teams?
There are unique 3 Championship Belts currently in play
In general, lines that use betting lines or props will rely on the DraftKings odds
Add your own props related to Week Two (if it is super specific be prepared to help me find an answer). Answers should be able to be resolved by about a Week after Week Two finishes, but not later than that.
All Weeks:
Update 2025-10-13 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): For interception props: "Player records X interceptions" refers to a defensive player recording interceptions, not a QB throwing interceptions. A player "records" an interception (defensive), similar to how a WR "records" a TD (not the QB throwing it).
Update 2025-10-13 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): For the lateral pass prop in Week 6: The market will resolve N/A this week due to creator's vested interest. For future weeks, the clarification "from" will be added to the criteria, meaning a lateral thrown from 1+ yards past the line of scrimmage would count (even if caught at or behind the line of scrimmage).

@JakeMcnellis who you got for fat guy TD? Looks like a bot traded against you if you want to buy more up.
Also the only 2 laterals I have currently are:
(Shotgun) J.Goff pass short left to A.St. Brown to KC 19 for -1 yards [C.Jones]. Lateral to J.Gibbs ran ob at KC 15 for 4 yards (C.Conner).
(Shotgun) J.Allen pass short left to K.Coleman to BUF 30 for no gain. Lateral to Ty.Johnson ran ob at BUF 41 for 11 yards (K.Elliss; J.Bates).
neither of which would be 1+ past line of scrimage. @StopPunting
@MRME the Coleman pass was way past the line of scrimmage I'm pretty sure. I think all the yardage might just got to the receiver of the pitch?
@StopPunting fair enough I wasn’t watching it live was just looking at play by play. Interesting, I’ll have to update my code for next week!
@StopPunting found the play on YT - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7igpt0dW1Uw
17:49 mark.
It is a close call honestly and I'll defer to your judgment. The ball is caught about 3 yards after the line of scrimmage. The lateral goes all the way back to the line of scrimmage when it is caught. So I think the ESPN scoring is basing it on where the lateral is caught not thrown from.
@MRME hmm, I'll N/A this week just since I obviously have the vested interest having bet this one up, I'll clarify in the future "from" (so this would count)
Both of those laterals were thrown more than yard past the line of scrimmage. The play-by-play only records where the lateral was caught, though you can sometimes infer whether the ball made it past the line of scrimmage. If the lateral occurs before the ball crosses the line of scrimmage the receiver of the lateral is only credited with yardage gained after the line of scrimmage (like a rushing play). So for instance the St Brown/Gibbs play would've been 0 yards for St Brown and 3 for Gibbs.
@travis makes sense. Still is probably ambiguous between thrower and receiver in the prop tho
@StopPunting Yes, I found the wording ambiguous. That's why I only bid it up to 50% after the lateral yesterday lol.
@travis look at you using your brain while I'm over here just running a good old regex on the play by play lol
@StopPunting sorry I’m once again fully mana deployed. Could I talk you into resolving California, bird, shutout, 1 PM game ending time, and 24+ points before half? <3
@MRME Wait shouldn’t it say Defensive Player then? It just says Player records more than two interceptions and Tua has 3 interceptions. I’m not trying to be obtuse but I don’t see how that doesn’t fit the criteria.
@FaroukRice if it meant QB it would say QB throws or something like that I think.
Anyway, @StopPunting can you give an official ruling here?
@FaroukRice it's always been defensive player, a player "records" and interception and a QB doesn't kinda like how a WR "records" a TD not the QB for other props on here. I'll add defensive player to clarify for the future.
@StopPunting if you want to NA it this week I won’t object.
As a newbie still myself, I get that there is a learning curve.
I’m also fine leaving it open - just stating publicly that I personally wouldn’t be upset.
