In case company will be multinational, place of their HQ will be considered. If it will be research program or joint venture by multiple companies the majority state will be considered.

I would suggest remaking this market as linked multichoice, that way each of the probabilities will add up to 100% and only one can be selected as correct. (buying YES on North America will be the same as buying NO on the others)
