In case company will be multinational, place of their HQ will be considered. If it will be research program or joint venture by multiple companies the majority state will be considered.

@father Im very surprised nobody voted europe. Certainly way lower than US, but definitely underpriced. There is a good chance some companies could very well achieve that from Europe. I would personally put Asia and Europe on par with each other.
