Will the ESA Biomass payload fly on an Avio rocket?

Avio accidentally misplaced two of their prop tanks for the last stage of the last Vega rocket. They were found, crushed, in a landfill. Production lines for Vega are closed, so they can't make more. They're considering some hacks, but it all sounds pretty shaky.

Will ESA's Biomass Earth Observation satellite end up flying on an Avio rocket, or will they go to a different provider?

The flight doesn't have to be successful, if the rocket blows up on the pad ruining the payload that still counts. If they attempt a launch but it's scrubbed and then the payload is transferred to a different rocket, the different rocket counts.

If ESA's Biomass sat never flies this resolves N/A.

Looks like they're planning to lunch it on a Vega-C, an upgraded variant of the Vega rocket.
