This market resolves YES if, on March 31, 2027, an export permit, export approval, ESDM export recommendation, or regulatory exemption allowing PT Freeport Indonesia to export copper concentrate is in force, otherwise NO. (No such relaxation has been in force since the force-majeure window ended on September 16, 2025.)

YES if: such an instrument is valid on March 31, 2027. NO if: none is in force that day, including one granted earlier that has since expired.
