Stoning - a method of capital punishment where a group throws stones at a person until the subject dies from blunt trauma.

During the last 10 years I've periodically come across different reports about tortures in Russian jails. With the startsof the war and the rebirth of fascism there is only steady growth of violence and situations where it happens. I feel like this question has 60% of being true, so i decided to make a market.

Resolves YES if a person of any nationality and status is tortured by stones by a group of at least 2 humans on the Russian controlled territory. If the tortured person does not die, still resolves to YES. If the event happens not in a jail, still resolves to YES. If the people who commit that crime do not have russian passports, still resolves to YES.

The recent reported attack on Milashina and Nemov, it looks, was not using "throwing stones".

Do not forget that stoning of sexual minorities or more generally as punishment for adultery has been reported even quite recently in Chechnya, Dagestan and Ingushetia. The big problem however is that we are almost certain to not get media coverage of any specific case - and this market eventually has to rely on media reporting for resolution...

@MartinModrak correct. This needs some public report and it needs the event happen after the market creation.
