How does this work in the case of a Trump 3rd term? Consecutive vs. nonconsecutive? Normally we count the same President separately if nonconsecutive (Trump is 45 and 47), so would this include 2nd term only? 3rd term as well, but only if consecutive? Something else?

@EvanDaniel I assume the 2037 close date is vestigial -- if Biden had been re-elected, and the 47th president served a second term, that term would have ended in 2037. So presumably the close date at this point could be changed to 2029?

@EvanDaniel not sure I understand - do you mean, since Trump is the 47th president, it should remain open until he's certainly not president ever again (if it doesn't happen in the 47th term)? I would interpret this as "will the 47th president be impeached during that term" but sounds like you're reading it differently?
