@Gigacasting Georgia's gonna go into run offs in December. When it does, a whole 2% is gonna be divided between a Democrat and a Republican canidate!

To clarify is this percentage based on raw vote count based?

@JoshuaB Ahem, "or" not "on." So, will this resolve based on the race with the closest vote count difference, or the one with the smallest percentage point difference between the candidates?
