Resolution Criteria

This market resolves to YES if, at any point during the calendar year 2028 (January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028), Donald Trump explicitly states that he is a candidate for a third term as President of the United States. This includes:

• A formal announcement of candidacy

• Filing paperwork with the Federal Election Commission

• Clearly stating "I am running for president" or equivalent language in public remarks, interviews, social media posts, or other verifiable communications

The market resolves to NO if:

• Trump never makes such a statement during the year of 2028
