I have now bought 21, not all given away yet

Still open for orders. Also: Of the 12 people who I'm sending ones directly to, as of 4:19pm the day of release, every one has been delivered, except the one to someone living in SF, and the copies I ordered to my house in CA.

Is this a wexelblat disaster, but related to humanity's newfound resistance to letting anyone build things, where the problem itself is blocking or slowing down even the discussion of itself, via delivery of this book? • I already broadly agree with Caplan so probably won't update very much

• I am cheap
