Naval blockade of Taiwan either successful or repulsed by serious violence leading to at least five ships sunk and at least 100 sailors lost on the US or CCP side
Or bombing campaign in Taiwan leading to at least 100 deaths
If neither condition happens til EOY 2024 then NO
