This is impossible. Turkey's parliament needs to be in session for this to happen and they aren't until October 1st. Erdogan already made clear they won't have a special session before then.

Sweden moves closer to NATO membership after a deal with the Turkish president

Sweden has taken a major step forward in its quest to join NATO after reaching a deal with Turkey. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg says President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has agreed to send Sweden’s NATO accession protocol to the Turkish Parliament “as soon as possible.”

This market's closing date might need to be changed to Sept 30.
