Who will be the Chief Minister after the 2024 ACT election scheduled for 19 October 2024?

Resolves when the new Legislative Assembly elects a Chief Minister under section 40 of the Self-Government Act.

Resolves to "Election won't proceed normally" if:

• the next regularly scheduled ACT election doesn't occur in the standard fashion (according to my case-by-case judgement, includes: Governor-General dissolving the Assembly early/vote of no confidence that causes an extraordinary election, excludes: date of the election being changed under the Electoral Act due to a disaster/clashing federal election date/etc, Electoral Act being amended to change the regular schedule of election dates whether the new date for the next election is in 2024 or not)

• the new Assembly fails to elect a new Chief Minister at its first sitting and doesn't manage to sort it out before intervention is required
