At the time of market creation the Whale vs. Minnow (WvM) market is at 59%.

If at any point between now and 22 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time the WvM market swings at least 15% this market resolves to the direction of the swing. Otherwise it resolves to the probability of the WvM market.

The different resolution scenarios are:

WvM market hits 74%: resolves to YES.
WvM market hits 44%: resolves to NO.
WvM stays betwen 44% and 74%, WvM market at 63%: resolves to 63%.
