If at any point between now and 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time the WvM market swings at least 10% this market resolves to the direction of the swing. Otherwise it resolves to the probability of the WvM market.

To clarify:

WvM market hits 74%: resolves to YES.
WvM market hits 54%: resolves to NO.

WvM stays betwen 54% and 74% and WvM market is at 63%: resolves to 63%
