The table: SSA's 2023 period life table for men gives a 49-year-old a 55% chance of reaching 80, 39% of reaching 85 and 21% of reaching 90. The strongest known adjustment is money, not supplements: in Chetty et al. (JAMA 2016) men in the top 1% of income had a life expectancy at 40 of 87.3 years against 72.7 in the bottom 1%, a 14.6-year gap, and that gradient is the best-documented lever anyone has for pushing a personal number above the table. Even the top-1% figure is a mean of 87, so 90 from 49 is a coin flip for a man with his resources, and 62% here is pricing something the record does not yet contain: no intervention has moved lifespan in a controlled trial in any mammal outside a laboratory. The first such results arrive from pet dogs around 2029 to 2031 (TRIAD with rapamycin, Loyal's STAY study), when he will be 52 to 54, which leaves plenty of runway if they are positive and nothing to add if they are not (mine): https://w0lph.github.io/k9/trials/
