Rivian's new midsize SUV, the R2, was announced today. Although the official press release stated "deliveries [were] expected to begin in the first half of 2026," Rivian's previous models were delayed several times.
Will the new R2 be delivered on time? This market will resolve "Yes" if Rivian makes an official announcement via their website (https://rivian.com/newsroom) or X page (https://twitter.com/rivian) that R2's have begun delivery to consumers before June 15, 2026.
