resolves YES if Manifund hosts at least one more round of an impact market/selling of impact certificates before january 1 2024. resolves YES as long as the funding round begins in 2023; there must be at least one project and at least one investor.
(to be clear, neither the ACX Forecasting Mini-Grants and Open Phil AI Worldviews Contest count toward this market. there must be one additional funding round.)
