Following the Federal Constitutional Court's ruling in January 2024, which excluded the far-right party Die Heimat (formerly NPD) from state funding due to its unconstitutional aims, there is speculation about similar actions against the Alternative for Germany (AfD). The party was recently classified as "extreme-right", so the debate gets new fuel.

Resolves YES if Bundestag, Bundesrat, or government submit a motion to the Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfG) in Karlsruhe to exclude AfD from state funding.

Resolves NO if this doesn't happen by January 1, 2026.

No ruling by the BVerfG is necessary. It took from 2019 to 2024 for the NPD, so that will probably take a while too.

Resolution will be based on reputable news sources like Tagesschau.
