This market will resolve to YES if, by the end of the year, one of the following conditions is satisfied:

• A sitting member of UK House of Commons or House of Lords announces legislation to add the Bully XL to the banned list, or prohibit their presence in public space.

• Plans are made public to put the legislation to first reading, at the very least.

Otherwise, the market will resolve to NO.
