Currently it's an active topic in UK politics. Under law, ownership of certain breeds of dogs (like the Pit Bull Terrier) is banned (https://www.gov.uk/control-dog-public/banned-dogs).
This market will resolve to YES if, by the end of the year, one of the following conditions is satisfied:
A sitting member of UK House of Commons or House of Lords announces legislation to add the Bully XL to the banned list, or prohibit their presence in public space.
Plans are made public to put the legislation to first reading, at the very least.
Otherwise, the market will resolve to NO.
