This market resolves YES if, by the end of April 10th, the doge is still Twitter's web logo* for the majority of users.
This market resolves NO if there is a more than 24hr stretch where the majority of web users DO NOT have the doge as their web logo, OR they do not have the doge as their web logo when the market is resolved.
*web logo refers to the image in the top left of the desktop experience.
