If patriarchy is over and AI took a significant part to abolish it, it resolves to YES.
If patriarchy is over but AI took no part in this, market resolve NO.
If humanity is gone in 2030 for whatever reason, this market resolve N/A. Obtaining gender equality by killing everyone is lame.

@jskf I will use my judgment (I will not bet on this market). I will check gender ratio of people having position of power : country rulers, parliament members, CEO, executive and board members of big companies...
I will not require perfection, just that in most of the world, gender equality is the norm.
