This raises question of what periods are involved both for the current value and for the previous max.
Is current value the lowest value from claim creation date to end of 2023? So, ~14180.42 from 27 October 2023?

Is the previous max to be used the all time high i.e. 16573.34 19 Nov 2021 or is this restricted to during the question period from creation to close?

Looks like it will be a no despite 52 week low of 10671 being a lot more than 20% down from 16573.
