How can it be even if you count everything including penalty shootout?

@esusatyo There’s a chance it doesn’t go to penalties so it could be even in that case. If it does, penalties are not always X and X+1, for example if one team scores 2 penalty goals and another 0.

@esusatyo when theres a 2 goal gap and it cannot be recovered by the team trailing, say 3-1 after 4 shots, or 1-3 after the team losing misses their 4th shot.
