After this market closes, I will resolve it to whichever side has a larger ratio of human shareholders to bot shareholders. If there is a tie, I will break the tie by resolving in favor of whichever side has the largest ratio of total human-held shares to bot-held shares. If there is still a tie, I will resolve it to 50%.

If any side has no bot shareholders but does have human shareholders, then I will consider their human-to-bot ratio to be infinity. If a side has no shareholders at all, I will consider it to be zero.
