Waymo has announced they will begin testing their AVs on freeways without a safety driver: https://waymo.com/blog/2024/01/from-surface-streets-to-freeways-safely.html

This market resolves YES if it is reputably reported that a driverless (no safety driver) Waymo has been involved in a significant crash on the freeway. Significant meaning a crash with enough damage that a reasonably cautious person would not feel comfortable driving the vehicle (or would not physically be able to). A side-swipe or fender bender would not be significant, but a crushed crumple zone, rollover, broken windshield, etc. would count.
