Ukraine won Eurovision 2022. Traditionally, Eurovision is hosted each year by the country which won it the previous year. Ukrainian president Zelenskyy has stated publicly that Ukraine will host Eurovision in 2023. Resolves yes if Ukraine is the primary host country for Eurovision 2023. May 16, 12:23pm: This question assumes the traditional Eurovision format in which delegates travel to the host country to perform their songs as part of a live broadcast. If Eurovision 2023 switches to a "remote" format with Ukraine as the nominal host, this question will resolve NO.
