Looks like it's not possible by the deadline for this market, according to the April 19th update:
The earliest possible date that the settlement can become effective is May 4, 2024. We expect that initial distributions β approximately 97% of the digital assets owed to you as of the suspension date (November 16, 2022) β will likely occur about a month following, in early June. We will continue to post updates here regarding the timing for initial distributions.
