This question resolves to YES if by the end of the vacation on 2023-8-19, high tide at the Lieutenant Island Bridge has prevented one of the extended family's cars from safely crossing in either direction 12 or more times. If 2 or more cars are prevented at the same time, both will count individually. (For example, if 9 cars had been individually stopped by high tide, and then on the last day, 3 cars get stopped simultaneously, the question resolves to YES.)

As a rule, the bridge is impassable at high tide, and before and after peak high tide for an additional 60-70 minutes per foot above 10 ft that peak high tide rises to.
I will keep track personally, and provide running updates when I feel like it or on request.
