Stoke Space have a unique design for their second stage. It features an active heat shield and multiple small engines forming a ring at the base of the stage. In effect the stage operates as a aerospike engine.
Will resolve NO if Stoke Space cease operating.
To resolve YES the second stage must propulsively land from orbit and refly to orbit
