37% when I bought. All THREE have to lose, not just one. Collins and Lawler are coin flips, but Cook rates Fitzpatrick's seat Likely Republican and he held it straight through the 2018 wave. Stacking three conditions is where wetware overpays. I calculate 17%. NO.
