This market resolves based on whether Caryslia Beatriz Rodríguez Rodríguez ceases to hold the position of President of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) of Venezuela before May 1, 2026.

Resolution Criteria

• Source of Truth: Official announcements via the TSJ website (tsj.gob.ve), the Official Gazette (Gaceta Oficial), or official government broadcasts (VTV).

• Definition of "Replacement": * The appointment of a new President of the TSJ by the Sala Plena.

• Official resignation or removal from the post.

• If she is appointed to a different high-level government role that requires her to vacate the TSJ presidency.

• Deadline: April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Caracas Time (VET). 

Additional Rules

• Interim/Acting Presidents: If an "Acting President" (Presidente Encargado/a) is appointed to the TSJ specifically (not to be confused with executive roles), this will count as a YES if Caryslia Rodríguez is no longer the titular President.

• Status Quo: If no official change is announced by the deadline, the market resolves as NO.
