It resolves NO if:
No official announcement is made, or
An announcement is made, but the scheduled election date is on or after September 1, 2026.
The announcement must come from an official authority, such as Venezuela’s National Electoral Council (CNE), the Presidency, or another legally empowered state body, and be confirmed by official government communications or credible international media.
