I use RSS.com for Market Manipulation Podcast hosting, and it overall has a great interface. It does require a monthly subscription to upload content, but the first four episodes were uploaded on a monthly free trial. I then cancelled the subscription, since I didn't want to pay for a month where we might not upload.
So I went over there to resubscribe this morning, but I was greeted with this ominous screen:
So I clicked "contact us" and sent them the following:
Case ID: 51609
Subject: Resubscribe to RSS.com
Description:
Hello. I originally cancelled my subscription because I wasn't planning to create any more episodes of my podcast, but I changed my mind and want to upload a fifth episode.
I'm willing to pay the monthly subscription fee, and assumed there would be an easy way to do this instead of having to contact customer support.
Can this be fixed as soon as possible? Thanks!
Jacob
I then received this auto reply:
Hey there,
We're just letting you know that we've received your email and a new ticket 51609 has been created.
A support representative will be in touch shortly.
Talk soon,
RSS Customer eXperience Team
So, when will I be able to upload the next episode? (Pacific Time) I'm trying to pay them after all! I'm open to any suggestions on how to expedite this process.
General policy for my markets: In the rare event of a conflict between my resolution criteria and the agreed-upon common-sense spirit of the market, I may resolve it according to the market's spirit or N/A, probably after discussion.
