There is news that the Freedom of Russia Legion ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_of_Russia_Legion ) is currently conducting an incursion into Russian territory near Belgorod. If they hold any Russian territory at the end of next month, I will consider this resolved as a 'yes'.
