If one candidate does not win states totaling to 270 electoral votes with the other candidate winning states totaling to 268 electoral votes, this resolves N/A.
If this situation does occur, resolves YES if the candidate who won states totaling to 270 electoral votes loses the election due to electors voting for candidates other than those whom they pledged their support to. Otherwise, resolves NO.
