Resolution Criteria:

  • Only count distinct statements made in different public appearances/posts

  • Must specifically reference a third term or presidency beyond 2028

Do you have any cooldown / debouncing policy in mind for (for example) a series of posts all made within an hour of each other, all clearly related, part of a semantic thread, even if they're not properly filed as such?

This tally includes any “mention”, right?

If he disclaims the prospect by saying something like “you know, some of my trusted advisors have said I should run in 2030, but that would be unconstitutional, you know, and I'd never do that” — without tacking on something like like “unless they ask real nicely” — would such an unambiguously negative reference still add to this count?
