Resolution criteria
To resolve YES, the generated thesis must satisfy all of the following:
Single Prompt Input: The entire thesis text must be produced from a single initial prompt without human-in-the-loop editing, iterative prompting across sections, or manual guidance during the generation run.
Formal Scientific Domain: The thesis topic must fall within the formal sciences (e.g., pure mathematics, formal logic, theoretical computer science, or information theory).
Verification of Quality: The work must be evaluated and confirmed to meet doctoral-level standards through at least one of the following official channels:
Passing a formal dissertation defense or receiving degree credit/approval from an accredited doctoral-granting research university.
Acceptance or positive peer-review verification in a recognized top-tier academic journal or conference in the field.
Formal validation under an established, peer-reviewed benchmark specifically designed to evaluate full doctoral dissertation generation.
If no publicly documented and independently verified case meets these conditions by the deadline, the market resolves NO.
