Do you mean only in the USA?
There has been a lot of calamity on the site from the use of the word 'indicted' -- can you clarify exactly what you mean by this word in the description, before too many people start betting?
My understanding is there is a distinction between an "indictment" which stems from a grand jury, and "charges" which do not. Using this word carefully has turned out to be very important.
I personally would recommend writing "charged or indicted" if you wish to cover both of these cases. And if you wish to only cover an indictment, make it crystal clear so the question is not misleading to new participants.
@Eliza For 1, yes for USA. For 2, thanks for information I want to cover both as (to my understanding) the choice of direct inducement or filing charging is arbitrary and not the core concept of the market. And not meaningful to predict.
