Resolves YES if the EU gas storage is filled to at least 80.00% by September 1st, 2023, as reported by GIE ASGI web service or an equivalent source. As of market creation, the indicator of interest is in the “Full %” column and the “EU” row.
Resolves N/A if, for any reason, the storage levels cannot be reliably determined in a reasonable time.
Resolves NO otherwise.
Last year, the goal was to reach 80% storage levels before November. It was adopted by the EU in May and achieved in late August (see also: Reuters). Whether the EU sets a different goal in 2023 or the absolute storage capacity increases before September doesn’t matter – this market is about reaching a ratio of 80%.
