Will EU-27 net greenhouse gas emissions (so taking into account removals), including international transport, reach less than 5tCO2 eq per capita before year 2035?
I will use European Environment Agency (EEA)'s data when it's available to resolve this question, it will resolve to YES as soon as the emissions per capita go strictly below 5 tCO2 eq for any year up to 2034 included, and NO otherwise (note: data is available two years later, so I set the close date to June 2036).

Latest figure is 7.545 tCO2 eq per capita in 2022 (still higher than in 2020).
