does this count? https://www.hsgac.senate.gov/wp-content/uploads/2025.09.09_SRP-Letter-to-ASF_Final1.pdf I'd say yes, because they are very transparent about the fact that they are investigating Fauci's actions, but it's not titled "Investigation into Fauci", and I'm not sure if that's the intention of the market (seems very unlikely an investigation would ever be explicitly only about him)
