If an artist is transgender and only uses they/them pronouns, this will not count for either. If they use she/her + they/them pronouns (like: Demi), this will count for F, same for he/him => M.

If the musical artist is a group, it will default to the majority of their members’ genders as listed on their Wikipedia page under Members (excluding Past Members). If the band is perfectly balanced (e.g. 3F, 3M, 2 they/them), this will not count towards either.
