Any constituency that the Green Party of England and Wales wins resolves to YES (note that the Scottish Greens and the Green Party of Northern Ireland are separate parties and do not count for the purposes of this question). Candidates suspended from the party still count as long as they appear as "Green" on the ballot paper (like Neale Hanvey in 2019).
