What exactly is the advantage of space datacenters vs for example floating ones? Heat management is space is a nightmare. You can just as well deploy a barge with extendable solar panes and you'll have cool ocean water to dump heat into. There are plenty of places in the ocean where you have clear weather 80+% of the time.
